    Wonderful and priceless information

This book is full of practical information and wonderful sharing of situations during the childbearing years. It's really amazing to understand one is not alone in so many challenging mother/father/infant phases and that essential oils can really help us to make it all so easier and brighter. It's a book that takes us through all motherhood phases and with so many details about how and when to use which essential oil. Really loved it and totally recommend.

    Great book, practical and relatable.

Delighted to see the second edition of this book!..... I was involved in the editing and review of the first edition and I'm excited to read the latest version. Although I'm not a parent myself (and obviously not a mother!) I loved the mixture of personal experience and practical guidelines. It's very easy to digest and is really accessible. I actually learned a lot about how to use essential oils and despite the topic being on maternal wellness I took a lot of learning from the holistic nature of the narrative. Stephanie has a vast knowledge and understanding of oils, from their origin to their application and all the health benefits in between. Highly recommend this book to any parent to be.
