Rose, Neroli, Frankincense:
- Apply over the heart and inhale directly from the bottle several times daily.
-Take upto 2 capsules daily for stress. Apply the roller to the temples and the back of the neck as needed Diffuse 5-6 drops.
Vitality Pack, Energy and Stamina Complex:
Take a full dose. When under added stress the body burns through nutrients quicker.

Anxiety is a feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease, typically about an imminent event or something with an uncertain outcome.
- Limbic System
Copaiba, Grounding Blend, Frankincense, Roman Chamomile, Lavender, Rose, Clary Sage,
Vetiver, Wild Orange:
- Choose several and apply 1-3 drops of each to the back of the neck, spine, bottom of the feet and navel 3x daily and rub over top with FCO
Reassuring Blend or Restful Blend:
- Diffuse in the evening before bed or when feeling anxious
Douglas Fir, Frankincense, Roman Chamomile:
